VDE Institute awards two special certificates to Haier Europe

We are thrilled to announce that Haier Europe has received two prestigious certifications from VDE Institute, an internationally accredited institution for the testing and certification of electric equipment, components, and systems.  

At the International Consumer Electronics Fair (IFA) in Berlin, the VDE Institute handed over two VDE special certificates to Haier Europe for the A-15% energy class of the Haier 2D 60 Series 5 PRO refrigerator and for the continued support of the VDE Marks and for the contribution to the consumer protection. 

The first VDE certification regards the A-15% energy class of the Haier 2D 60 Series 5 PRO refrigerator, our best-in-class refrigerator in terms of energy and capacity.

Thanks to the reduced energy consumption, 2D 60 SERIES 5 PRO is 15% more efficient than the standard A energy class. In this way, it is possible to save up to 162kw in a year and consequently CO2 emissions, contributing to reducing environmental impact and saving financial costs.  

The 2D 60 Series 5 PRO refrigerator also features capacity of over 400 litres to store a large amount of food and guarantees better food preservation thanks to revolutionary Fresher Techs and Easy Techs technologies.  

The second VDE certification regards the continued support of the VDE Marks and for the contribution to consumer protection. This certification reflects our efforts to ensure the safety, reliability and durability of the products we manufacture, as well as our adherence to the highest standards of quality control and testing.
